3. Account Registration and Property Organizer

Message Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions and property search activity.

Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging and data rates will be charged for SMS communications. INTERO Real Estate Services is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.

Opt-Out. You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to the number from which the text messages are being sent, or by logging into your Property Organizer account and updating your communication preferences. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from INTERO Real Estate Services.

Help. For help with text messaging, reply HELP to the number from which the text messages are sent, or contact INTERO Real Estate Services using the contact information below.

Carrier Liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No Sharing of Opt-In Data. Your SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties for marketing purposes or any purpose unrelated to the services described in these Terms.
