Making a Good Impression Tips:

  • Clean everything
  • Maintain the exterior
  • Brighten rooms
  • Remove personal property
  • Remove pets  (removal pet odor; if there is a problem clean and shampoo
  • Paint neutral (You might like bright colors but a home buyer might not be able to visualize themselves in your home with your favorite color).
  • Organize and de-clutter (Create a vision of a spacious living environment).
  • Hire a home inspector (Know your home... the good, bad and the things that require fixing)
  • Make Repairs 
  • Disclose everything
